-1 roasted eggplant (45 min @ 40 degrees)
-several generous squirts of lemon juice
-2 tbsp olive oil
-3 tbsp tahini
-3 cloves garlic
-1/4 tsp paprika
Blend it all together and enjoy. Thanks to this recipe. The only thing I didn’t have was parsley, but it was still delicious.
