Kale chips

I love kale. But every so often, I get too lazy to prep it for a salad. I went through a few days of not being able to bring myself to prepare a salad for dinner after work. I soon became worried that my kale would go bad, until I remembered my coworker telling me about kale chips.

If you have some leftover kale that you need to use up as soon as possible, you need to give these a try.

Kale Chips


Olive Oil

Soy Sauce

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Combine 3 parts olive oil to 1 part soy sauce. Toss kale with the mixture, and put it into the often to bake slowly for about 10 minutes or so (constantly check on it to make sure it doesn’t burn).

Try not to feel too guilty if you eat your kale chips all in one sitting.
